Puna kotizacija, kotizacija za članove Društava, kotizacija za medicinske sestre i tehničare, kotizacija za predstavnika tvrtke na izlagačkom štandu uključuje / Regular registration fee, registration fee for the members of the Societies, registration fee for nurses and technicians, registration fee for one company representative at the exhibition stand includes:
- nazočnost stručnom programu Kongresa na mjestima usmenih izlaganja, prezentacije e-postera i izlagačkih prostora / admission to all congress sessions, e-poster and exhibition areas
- kongresne materijale: jedan primjerak Konačnog programa i Suplementa časopisa “Neurologia Croatica” sa sažecima, potvrdu o sudjelovanmju, bodove strukovnih komora, promotivni materijali / Final Program, Supplemen of “Neurologia Croatica” journal with abstracts, Certificate of Attendance, points of expert chambers, promo materials
- kavu u stankama Kongresa, posjetu izložbi i projekciju kongresnog filma / coffe breaks, visit to the exhibition, movie projection
- Članovima Hrvatskog društva za Alzheimerovu bolesti i psihijatriju starije životne dobi HLZ-a i/ili Hrvatskog društva za neuroznanost koji su platili članarinu za 2024. godinu odobrava se plaćanje kotizacije po sniženoj cijeni. / Members of the Croatian Society for Alzheimer’s Disease and Old Age Psychiatry, CroMA and/or Croatian Society for Neuroscience who paid the affiliation fee for the year 2022 are granted a registration fee discount.
Kotizacija za studente uključuje nazočnost stručnom programu na mjestima usmenih izlaganja, prezentacije e-postera i izlagačkih prostora te kongresne materijale. / Registration fee for students includes admission to all congress sessions, poster and exhibition areas and congress materials.
Napomena: Uz prijavu za sudjelovanje, studenti trebaju na mail: goran.grbic@vivid-original.com poslati pismo koje potvrđuje njihov status. Pismo mora biti napisano na memorandumu fakulteta i naslovljeno na kongresnu agenciju Vivid Original d.o.o. / Note: Along with the application for participation, students should send a confirmation letter to the e-mail: goran.grbic@vivid-original.com confirming their status. The letter must be written on the faculty memorandum and addressed to the congress agency Vivid Original Ltd.
Jednodnevna kotizacija uključuje nazočnost stručnom programu Kongresa za taj dan na mjestima usmenih izlaganja, prezentacije e-postera i izlagačkih prostora te kongresne materijale. / Daily fee includes admission to all congress sessions, poster and exhibition areas for that day and congress materials.

Rezervacija smještaja i plaćanje Kongresnoj agenciji Vivid Original d.o.o. putem Obrasca za rezervaciju smještaja na kongresnoj web stranici: / The accommodation reservation and payment is done through the Congress agency by filling the Accommodation Reservation Form on the congress web site:

Nakon primljenog Obrasca za rezervaciju smještaja, Agencija šalje ponudu za plaćanje naznačenog iznosa na e-mail platitelja. Finalna rezervacija smještaja smatrat će se nakon primljene uplate. Plaćanje ostalih troškova: mini bar, telefon i sl. je prilikom odlaska na recepciji Hotela / After receiving the Accommodation Reservation Form, the Agency will send an offer for payment to the payer’s e-mail. The final accommodation booking will be considered after the payment has been received. Paying for other charges: mini bar, telephone, etc. at hotel reception.
Otkazivanje rezerviranog smještaja moguće je jedino pismenim putem na e-mail adresu: goran.grbic@vivid-original.com | Nakon 15. rujna 2026. – trošak otkaza iznosi 100 %.
